We believe coffee is an essential part of our culture, history, and lifestyle. That is why we love teaching about the processes to make coffee and its qualities, while also proudly celebrating our Puerto Rican harvests. We invite you to our Black Lab workshops, tours, and special events!

Have a new culinary experience in the Cuatro Sombras Black Lab on December 1. You will be able to taste our coffee after it has been prepared with three different brewing methods, each one perfectly paired with a craft beer, provided by Chris Hoppe of La Penúltima, and food prepared by Peter Schintler, chef of Marmalade Rest. Space is limited!
